I found a bag in my basement, it has straps on it so you can carry it like a backpack, and says "Sun Tent-Luebbert Company" on it. I can't find any information on it online, got any ideas?

Klaus Hey Klaus, That's one of the many "experimental" sleeping bags they developed during the war , the only bad thing with itwas that you where supposed to wear it OVER the Haversack and that was a pain in the butt. Many companies got involved in developing and manufacture of new gear and equipment for the military , the heavy down sleeping bag i have was made by the "Seattle Toy and Novelty Company" , the made wooden toys and and carboard novelty stuff , i have no idea how they got into the manufacture of sleeping bags. The company that made your bag manufactured Tents and also Canvas covers for vehicles , like Jeeps , Deuce and a half trucks. Ed.

Hey that's cool! It looks like someone might have written something with a pen on the back, but you can't read it anymore. The bag does not have a big US on it either.
