The N. Division Army Surplus has post war German Esbit stoves with fuel (non-period). It was $10 I believe. I always carry one of these little stoves and fuel in the field in my bread bag. It helps fill out my bag with some good material and can boil a canteen cup of instant coffee or heat some canned meat in a few minutes. Well worth it.
I also found 8mm stipper clips for $0.25 each and a Swiss Zelt pole kit with strangely one original German pole inside. In the case was a repo belt buckle and web belt for $40.

I love my esbit stove, it is small and handy and good for cooking up some spam.
