Was this the unit Chuck was commander of or a new unit?

Hi Nick,
Well....Yes and no, Chuck was the unit commander of the 36th AIR years ago, but when He took over as the RPS leader in the Northwest, He turned the unit over to Rich Mason, Who has been unit commander for several years now. Rich has had a very rough couple years and needed to step back from reenacting for a while till he gets his personal life back in order, so long story.............I am taking over the unit.
Chuck is also no longer the RPS leader in the NW, Our new leader is Zack Davidson, Zack is a great guy, and I look forward to working with him to further the RPS in the NW.

Having said that, guys this is a great opportunity for those of you who don't really fit into the airborne mold so to speak, and are looking to do an Armored Infantry impression. Chuck still is active in the unit and his hopes are to avoid any leadership duties and purchase a halftrack, assuming he can sell the 2 jeeps he has for sale now. Check the jeeps out on g503.

I know several of you guys have WWII vehicles, so the 36th would be a perfect fit for you. Give it some thought.
