If you get permission to do a display let me know , i will be able to make arrangements to get the time off work and be able to make it. I can set up a Fallschirmjager display and an Italian Paracadutisti display.

This would be fun. Doubt we could bring any weapons, however.

Fort Lewis allows them to bring weapons on.

Contact made. Currently waiting to see if "shooting" is allowed. Brought the fact that other bases allow aircraft to strafe combatants.

Ft. Lewis also allows weapons demonstrations , we have fired MG34's , K98s , M1 Garands and M1919's before on base at the Armed Forces Day Display at the base.

Just had a great conversation with a representative from Fairchild. He was very excited about the prospect of having us out there. He will be having an event planning meeting soon and we are a hot agenda item.

FYI - This is still being worked on and signs look very positive and will be open to everyone in the RPS.

Don't worry too much about that. We will let you know if there are any problems, we certainly won't be excluding you.
