I'll let the assignment desk know about it. One of the news guys was interested in doing something but I wanted to wait until we had something to really show off. If we do any TV we have to make it a public event. We can call it private all we want on TV but viewers don't actually listen to anything.

Doc said the newspaper would like to do a story on us too, the reporter I mentioned.

So this is NOT a public event? Is this mostly to introduce new people to reenacting or is more a media deal for exposure?

The initial planning made it sound like an invitation sort of event. The idea was to keep it small. Do we want to put on a larger-scale public display?

This is not a public event no, invitation only, but we are inviting a lot of people who want to see what we are about.
The big public display is something else entirely that the board should talk about.

The goal is to get people out to try it out. Also a good chance to work on squad tactics too.

Welcome aboard adibear62. Are you interested in axis or allied reenacting? Both sides will have some extra gear for people to use. Let us know.

Sorry Doc, but I think a German unit might have gotten to him before you did. Hey Red, thats not a typo, cost is quite literally $1. So no popythingy excuses from anyone this time, lets get fighting! Jimmy might also bring out his tank, although not quite fully restored just yet, but it looks awesome and runs great as is. Klaus
