Interst in Keeping this Site Active

While I live in Western WA and don't travel to the East too often, my interest in keeping this site and your group active is: (1) the long-term hope of organizing broader, larger events among several groups if no one group has a large participant base; and (2) keeping contacts open for a friendly face in unfamiliar territory during travel far from home. Of course, that goes reciprocal for any of you active people travelling this way! For example, if any of your MV owners are planning to display their vehilces in this August's MVPA Convention here in Portland, wouldn't it be nice to say "Hello" to a familiar on-line contact for the possibility of being guided around the area or not having to start off as a complete stranger?

Good 2 cents there Ivan ;D I hope that we can continue to bring people together in the local area. I do plan on attending the MVPA meet and look forwad to meeting you there. My buddy was think of maybe taking his 1945 CCKW 2 1/2 ton but with gas prices going through the roof, that may be a no go.
