Hi Montana, I was absent from this forum for a while, found it again but seems not much going on. I live near Moses Lake, and would like to get something going in this neck of the woods so the travel costs don't kill me. I have a really nice 45 gpw, and am working on my outfit. I was hoping to get more replies and perhaps meet up in Spokane sometime for a brainstorming session to see what we can come up with as far as a local event. I have a 17 year old son who will probably want to participate as well. Any thoughts? Kevan

There may also be an event in Pendelton Oregon in November. Its about 2-3 hours drive from Spokane. I will let you all know if that comes through.

You may not know this, but the WWII Research & Preservation Society NW, (locally referred as the RPS) does an event or two each year with prior arrangement on Spokane Army range land. I have not personally been, as it is usually a North Africa-themed event and I'm not equipped to do either British or German of that theater. You may want to contact the group and inquire about a joint event. Please understand I am NOT a club officer or spokesperson, just offering a suggestion to increase interest and participation. Thanks John. I think they are the guys that occasionally play at Yakima. Last time I checked I thought they had one event scheduled for this year. I will double check and get that and see what is required to get involved.

They have two at Yakima actually. One is this weekend, the next is in September. I sent the contact an email asking for more infomation.
I would like everyone to come with me to the PNWHG event in September at the Biak Training Center near Redmond Oregon. I drove there myself from Spokane last year.
