The only problem we seem to be having is the securing of liability insurance. Hopefully we'll get a status report on that soon. Aside from that this op is still a go. Should the insurance portion of it not come thru for whatever reason, we will announce a postponement. We're still on for 16-17 January, however.

Why is they guy being such a anti-history guy? I hope you guys get this thing rolling, is there anyplace else you can do it?
I get really upset when I hear that someone wont work with you guys. Hey I hope you guys get a chance this year to participate in it. Did you guys ever think about getting the local News to cover you guys for the event? Maybe if you talk the news guys then talk to the guy who owns the land. Introduce him to the news guys , offer him some fame then maybe he will let yo uplay. I know dirty, but hey as long as you guys have fun and you get noticed. then maybe it is an angle to take. Sorry my two cents again. Just trying to help. Well i will keep my fingers crossed for you guys. Good luck

Thanks for your long distance support Herr Otto. It is actually part of a State Park, so your trick won't work this one time.
Although the event is temporarily delayed, I am certain that we will get this worked out eventually.
