Hey Solid and I aren't really "affiliated" with a unit, how do you want us to go about this? We are working on finalizing our unit and getting it ready though, we don't really want to pay a unit fee if we can avoid it. Can you clarify this at all, too make it a little more clear on what him and I need to do in order to clear this up.

Well, it shouldn't be a problem but I need to verify what we need to do. I know the PNWHG as well as my unit, the 82nd does allow guest to come try it out. I will get the details and let you guys know.

Yep. It is an easy conversation since he already knows you two and I am certain there won't be any problems

What are the chances of us coming as the 101st unit we have been working on? We are getting a few more recruits and I expect us to be at least 5 strong by the time this event rolls around.
I guess what I am asking is 'What are the qualifications for a unit to attend?' Because as I see it now we could affiliate ourselves with the inWW2lhg and just come as the 101st. But I'm sure you all would call me naive and ignorant for thinking it would be that simple lol =).
You all know you want the screaming eagles around for the battle of the bulge anways ~.^

Klaus, correct me if I am wrong. Because the Pacific Northwest Historical Group's insurance is being used. You must be affiliated with that organization in order to attend.

What fees should we expect at this event? Unit fees? organization fees? insurance fees? To sexy for your m43 fees? I guess since this will be my first event I have a lot of questions about what I will have to take care of to attend. Also if all else fails I guess we could fall in with the 82nd.
Also how many scenarios will we be doing come jan 16th - 17th?

Question, My Sons and I are not members of the PNWHG, RPS only, not wanting to join any other ones at this time. Can we still come out and play? Kevan Bowen 3rd AD, RPS

Since this is a private event for our group, there shouldn't be any expected fees unless someone would want to chip in to help cover the cost of the signage or something on that order. The permit is only $10 so we're not looking at covering any real expenses this time out.

Doc and I are also still working on getting that Liability thing figured out. Some of the avenues we have taken may not turn out and are now investigating some others.

Bummer, would like to get this permit app in as soon as possible to secure that weekend for us before some new age granola tree hugger cross country glee club ski team or the military slips ahead of us. I am going to be working on the signage as well as the maps. As I've had a lot of experience planning ops when I was in airsoft, I need to know if we're going to be having scenario based battles with an outcome based campaign so I can start putting stuff together now. With the roster ratio we're looking at now, I'm thinking a late Bulge scenario, with the Germans fighting a delaying retreat as Patton's forces plunge into the fray.

Greetings, Haven't seen much activity on this thread as well as any more details concerning this event. Are we still on for this? What is the latest info? Thanks, Kevan Bowen
