Is this group a recognized CMP organization? If so how do I get proof of membership?

The 1st ID unit I belong to is. You have to mail in proof of being a member to the CMP. Since our club changed recently I'll have to ask our unit commander about it. I expect you would need to pay in some unit dues, which should be in the neighborhood of 20-30 bucks for a year. The shifting around of all the units has screwed things up and I don't have a definite answer for you yet.
