Nice! I take it this is not going to be a public event but we still want to invite people, correct?
If so, I will copy that graphic and make up some flyers for at work. We may be able to get a platoon or so of new volunteers.
How are we coming on those traffic cones?

oops, i will change the date. I have a full 8.5x11 image of this so it will print well. Figured we could post it at the army surplus stores. We also still need clear contact information on the bottom of it.
Remember, we only have so much loaner gear, so space is limited.

So I can't borrow any from the county. Apparently it is government property and they are really touchy about their equipment. But I did find out that there is another company called northstar around here that loans out said equipment. I'm trying to dig up some more information.

Got the permit documents today. Would like to meet with one of the senior guys to get them filled out. We will then need the insurance documentation and the $10 to send it all in.
