OK, I got a crazy and cool proposal.
Lets go skiing at Silver Mountain, perhaps in December.
I won a pair of lift tickets but I don't actually ski, and the only cold weather clothing I have are my German wools. What do you say if we all get dressed up in uniform and went skiing as a group?

Hey why not? For us Germans we would be wearing wool pants, gaiters, great coats, wool cap, and perhaps our over whites and that would do it. We could even throw on the belt, Y-straps, a rucksack and canteen and bread bag. No weapons or anything that could be a problem if you wipe out. |

How about a weekend snow patrol?
Last time i went skiing i was 19 and going through winter combat training.

On a side note: Next Saturday is Halloween. The family and I were going to go to Northtown like we usually do only I am going in my GI kit. Trying to convince Alex to where what German stuff I have, but who knows. Just wondering if any of you guys had made plans?
