Hey Redeye,
Support from all of the Spokane reenactors may be insufficient to do a batltle first weekend of September as we discussed. It is too close to the Italian Front event (18-20 Sept). The biggest concern is that some of the guys may skip the large event if there is a mini event close by.
What are your thoughts?

I am beginning to think its going to cause problems for me as well. It may be better to put the effort towards the Italian Front event and skip our local event for now. I still need $$ to get my son's equipment, so I won't be able to afford gas and ammo cost for two events. A local event in October would be fine with me.

When are we going to meet to set this October battle up? Earliest would be cool so I can make up some flyers and post them at work.

Not sure yet. Event planning and preparations are taking priority, my guess is last weekend of September.
What about just posting flyers to get other guys interested in reenacting?

I could do that too, I just wanted some additional info/enticement to be included, if possible. My main computer is dead at the moment anyhow and the one I am using won't handle Photoshop CS which is what I do most of my stuff on, so there will be a bit of a delay anyhow.
