What kind of LBE suspenders are those? They are not the H or Y pattern I am use to seeing.

They are USMC P41 suspenders , used by Marines early in the war , until replaced by the Army M56 H Harness.

Yeap , sea Wave boonies with ERDLs wasn't that uncommon on some teams.
